We offer properties across multiple destinations, including Lonavala, Mahabaleshwar, Igatpuri, Goa, Karjat, Alibag, Panchgani and other popular getaway locations. Our strongest presence is in Lonavala, Mahabaleshwar, and Karjat.
We focus on exclusive listings of vacation rental homes—especially bungalows and private houses—with a strong preference for premium/luxury properties.
Many of our listings are based on exclusive deals with property owners, which helps us maintain better coordination, transparency, and service quality.
The booking process is simple:
• Select a location and check available properties
• Send an inquiry
• Our agent contacts you to understand your needs
• We suggest the best options and confirm your booking
• Booking is confirmed after an advance payment (as per terms)
We currently focus on a personal booking approach, so online payment is not the primary flow. After you inquire, a dedicated agent connects with you and guides you through the booking and payment process.
Because we believe every trip is different. Our agent confirms details like group size, budget, preferred location, and requirements (privacy, pool, views, etc.). This helps us suggest the right property and avoid mismatches.
Advance payment depends on the property and booking terms. Our agent will clearly share the advance amount and confirmation process before you pay.
The remaining payment can be made before your trip or directly at the bungalow, depending on the property's terms and booking conditions. The agent will confirm the exact payment schedule.
We generally do not allow last-minute cancellations. Cancellations may only be possible if alternative bookings are available (subject to terms). Please confirm cancellation rules with the agent during booking.
Extra guests beyond the confirmed booking count may incur additional charges. Please declare the correct number of guests at the time of booking.
Any damage, nuisance, or issues created at the property after check-in are the guest's responsibility, as per the property rules and booking terms.
